Change form layout

You can use the FormeSign - Fillable PDF addon to automatically generate form responses as PDF documents and sync them to your Google Drive folder when a user submits the form.

Sync filled forms to drive

Open your form in google forms > click on the addon icon > click Formesign - Fillable PDF > click Filled forms to drive > select the preferred folder and click Select to complete the setup. This will create a subfolder for the the PDF documents generated when the user submits the form. Additionally, if you are collecting files or signatures in your form, this option will automatically create separate subfolders for each file upload and signature question, syncing the files to their respective folders.
